Client Story

We submitted 140 pages of Mandarin patent filings on Thursday. Monday morning, every claim was in flawless English with notarized certification. Our USPTO deadline was Tuesday. I've never felt that calm before a filing in my career.

Questions we hear before every project

Tap any question. Plain answers, no jargon.

Standard certified translations ship within 3–5 business days for documents up to 25 pages. Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available for most language pairs at a flat 40% surcharge — no negotiation, no surprises.

For large-volume projects like patent portfolios or clinical trial packages, we assign a dedicated project coordinator who sends you a timeline before a single word is translated. The Sandra Reyes quote above? That was a 140-page rush job. We've done larger.

65 languages, all staffed by native speakers with domain specialization. We don't use generalist translators for legal or medical content. Your Japanese patent claims go to a translator who holds a chemistry degree and has worked with JPO filings for 8+ years.

The full list covers all EU official languages, major Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic), and 20+ less-common languages including Swahili, Amharic, Khmer, and Mongolian. See the complete list below.

Yes. Every certified translation we produce includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy that meets USCIS 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) requirements — the translator certifies their competence and the accuracy of the translation under penalty of perjury.

We're also accepted by U.S. federal courts, the USPTO, EU regulatory bodies (EMA, EPO), and most state vital records offices. If your agency or jurisdiction has a specific format requirement, send us the instructions — we'll match it exactly.

Flat per-word pricing with no hidden fees. Certified translations start at $0.14 per source word for common language pairs (Spanish, French, German). Rare language pairs and technical specializations (patent law, clinical pharmacology) carry a clearly stated premium shown upfront in your quote.

Notarization, apostille, and hard-copy courier delivery are line items you choose — they're never bundled in without your consent. The quote calculator shows your total before you commit to anything.

Every translation goes through a two-translator review process: the primary translator handles the document, a second native-speaking editor reviews for terminology consistency and register. For legal and medical content, a subject-matter specialist signs off before delivery.

If a receiving authority rejects a translation for accuracy reasons within 90 days, we revise it at no charge. In four years of operation, that's happened three times — all three were resolved within 24 hours.

Documents are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections and stored in AES-256 encrypted cloud storage. Translators sign NDAs before accessing any client file. For immigration case files and medical records, we support HIPAA-compliant workflows on request.

All files are purged from our systems 90 days after project completion unless you request archival. We do not use your documents to train AI systems, and we do not use machine translation for certified deliverables — every word is human-translated.
